National Institute for Rural Engineering(NIRE)combines the social sciences
and environmental sciences with agricultural engineering.Purposes include helping
maintain and take full advantage of the multifunctionality of agriculture and
rural areas, as well as the integrated enhancement of production and livelihood
infrastructure and the development of rural areas so as to create beautiful and
livable rural areas based on those multifunctionality.NIRE provides training to
upgrade the proficiency of agricultural engineers, and conducts international
exchange programs and technical cooperation. |
